Encore Properties has been servicing the management and real estate needs of our clients since 2005. Our goal is to establish long term relationships that are built on trust and commitment to excellence. We are on call 24 hours a day so that we can better serve you.
Kelly Sauls
Owner & Broker In Charge
I grew up right here in the Triangle, just inside the beltline of Raleigh and lived in the same house until I left for college. Even then, I didn't venture too far; North Carolina State University was my home for the next four years where I majored in Social Work. My husband, Brandon and I moved to Fuquay Varina in 1999 and married in 2000. We have three amazing children that are the light of my life! The twins, Hunter and Connor, were born in 2002 and my youngest, Reid, was born in 2004. We currently live in Holly Springs and are grateful that all of our children are still close by! When we are not working, we are usually watching a sporting event, catching a quick cruise or hanging out at our favorite place in the world, “The River”, our home away from home in Aurora, NC. With a lifetime of experiences in the Triangle, I have a strong knowledge of the area and all the wonderful things it has to offer. I look forward to the opportunity to continue serving our community across all aspects of Real Estate.
Brandon Sauls

I grew up in small town just outside of Wake County. I had the opportunity to attend and graduate from N.C. State. My plan was to go back to my small town to live but it grew into a much larger place as the secret was out about Clayton being such a wonderful town. I was fortunate enough to be able to serve the citizens of Raleigh N.C where I met my beautiful wife. When my boys were born I started my favorite job, as a dad. I had a chance to watch them play their sports, make friends, and grow into great young men in the growing town of Holly Springs.
Haylie Jo Wiltshire
Maintenance Manager
I was born and raised in the United Kingdom, after finishing school I set off on my travels, and over the next 14 years, I visited over 60 countries around the world. I worked odd jobs here and there from picking kiwis in New Zealand to walking a miniature pot-bellied pig on a dog lead in Hawaii for a temporary tattoo store all to fund my trips. Before I met my wonderful husband, who served in the US Coast Guard, I worked on cruise ships for three years. Together, we lived in six different states from Florida to Rhode Island. We made new friends and created new memories everywhere we went, but we always knew that we wanted to find a place to call home. When my husband retired from the Coast Guard, we decided to settle down in the charming town of Fuquay-Varina. We fell in love with the friendly people, the beautiful scenery, and the small-town feel. I adore giving old things a new lease of life! I'm currently working from home on a 1930s piano that I've transformed into a one-of-a-kind desk. I started working at Encore in 2015. If you've ever called the office, you may have already heard my voice on the answering machine. Being part of the property maintenance team is more than just a job to me, and I thoroughly enjoy it. As the main point of contact for tenants, vendors, and owners, I ensure that all maintenance-related issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Although my job keeps me busy, I still find time to travel and explore new places with my husband.
Mary Jones
Maintenance Coordinator
Hey there! I am a Maryland transplant who has called North Carolina home for almost two decades. While Berger cookies and Weber’s cider will always hold a special place in my heart, I traded it all without a moment’s hesitation for Cheerwine and a town with enough coffee shops to earn the nickname “Brewquay.” I absolutely love homeschooling my children here. My favorite moments are when spending quality time with my husband Sayed, cheering on my children’s games or activities, reading or exploring the outdoors with my family. Here at Encore, I am happy to assist with coordinating maintenance requests as well as move ins and outs. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if I may assist you in any way.

Hello, my name is Kristina. Originally from California, I had the privilege to land in Texas and call it my home for many years. I have been married for 27 years and have raised 4 strong, independent children that have been my life's greatest accomplishment. I have always been passionate about Real Estate, and have pursued a career in it for the last 10 years, focusing mainly on Property Management. Over the years, I have gained valuable experience and honed my skills in the field. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors camping and hiking with my family, cherishing every moment spent with them, and hitting the beach anytime I get a chance.
Rebecca Lehmann

Hi, I’m Rebecca, real estate Broker and mom of three amazing daughters! With over 30 years of experience in all aspects of the real estate industry, I have found that my passion lies in collaborating with developers to bring new HOA communities to life. Having been a military spouse for nearly 25 years, I’m no stranger to the stresses of relocation and I know how important it is finding the perfect neighborhood to call home. When I’m not busy working with one of our communities, I can usually be found cheering at one of our daughters’ sporting events or traveling with my husband trying to check off all of our bucket list destinations. I’m an avid photographer, love reading a good mystery and a rabid college football fan. I look forward to the opportunity of working with you!

Hi, I’m Nancy. I am the proud mom of an amazing daughter and have worked in several different areas of Property Management for nearly 20 years. I was a military spouse for many years, moving around and meeting a lot of great people along the way. Whether working in an office or remotely from home, I thoroughly enjoy Property Management. It provides me with the opportunity to speak with and help many people every day, which I love to do. When I am not busy at work, I love spending time with my family taking trips to the beach or up to the mountains. I also enjoy yard work, horse riding or just taking a nice leisurely stroll with my two wonderful dogs.

My name is Katherine. I am definitely better at managing commercial and residential properties than writing about myself. I do enjoy long walks on the beach but that seems slightly inappropriate for some reason to write in a professional bio. I truly enjoy problem-solving and providing top-notch service to all I connect with. I have a background not only in real estate but also in retail, hospitality, food service, and fashion. I lived in Europe for a few years, which I feel has added an additional perspective to my life and the ability to look at matters from many different angles. I enjoy connecting with people and am proud that I am trustworthy and reliable. In my free time, I enjoy exploring new neighborhoods, trying out local restaurants, connecting with local residents and businesses as well as staying up to date with the latest trends in the real estate industry. My favorite motto has always been: “And now here is my secret, a very simple secret; it is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye.”

My husband and I have been married almost 20 years. We have 3 wonderful children. Both of our boys live here in North Carolina. Our daughter still lives in Alaska with our granddaughter. I am originally from the west coast. I've lived in Montana, Alaska and Washington state. We moved to North Carolina 4 years ago and we absolutely love it here! I am Encore's office administrator, handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, owner and tenant ledgers and general office work. I look forward to working with each of you.

Joan is a Virtual Assistant based from the Philippines with more than 10 years of administrative and bookkeeping experience. She enjoys watching home make-over TV shows, watching movies, travelling, biking, and spending time with her kids during her spare time.

Hey there, I'm Hannah Quiao, and I'm like the friendly face you see when you step through the virtual door at Encore Properties. Welcoming visitors and users to our online platform is what I do best. Whether it's guiding clients through property listings, troubleshooting website issues, or just being there with timely assistance, I'm all about giving you the best customer support experience. Working from home has been my setup since 2019. But when I'm not at my desk, you'll likely find me outdoors, soaking up the joys of camping or simply chilling out to the soothing beach breeze.
