A small onboarding fee covers services such as a complete lease audit, current property status inspection, tenant onboarding, and owner account setup.

We can start managing your property immediately. The process involves completing some online paperwork and gaining access to the property. Once these steps are completed, we are ready to begin managing your property as soon as you are.
